MINORS
These are important steps to consider when booking with minors, anyone under the age of 18. Please be sure to complete these steps prior to your arrival.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY - Each minor must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. You will receive a link to the waiver after booking, then simply forward that link to other parents so they can click and sign on their phones. Unsigned minors at game time may cause your group to lose time in the room.
DEPOSIT & FEES - If there are any children aged 9-11 in your group, an additional $150 deposit is required before playing. This is a single deposit for the entire group, not per child. At the end of the game, once staff has verified the room and props are present and in good condition, you will be issued a refund for $145 - there is a $5 credit card processing fee. ESCAPE! Alaska Inc. is not responsible for refund processing times controlled by credit card companies and your bank.
PARENT IN THE ROOM - Groups of minors must be accompanied by at least one paid parent or legal guardian. An adult player who is simply 18+ does not count as a parent or guardian.
INFANTS - Infants and toddlers are allowed provided they remain strapped to an adult or in a stroller for the duration of the game. These children do not require paid admission or deposit, but they must be signed for on your waiver.
Children younger than 9 who are not confined to a stroller or car seat are currently not permitted in ESCAPE! Alaska escape rooms or attractions.
Please keep in mind our escape rooms are designed for adults, and children must be supervised. If the children (or anyone else) in your group are breaking the rules set forth by the Game Director and ESCAPE! Alaska’s Terms of Service, endangering themselves and/or our sets or props, the game may be prematurely terminated without refund.
