CHECK YOUR EMAIL!

If you’ve just booked a game, we have sent two emails to the address you provided:

  1. Booking Confirmation - Check to ensure the correct date and time of your game.

  2. Alaska Legal Waiver of Liability

Forward these emails to all other adult (18+) players in your group, or parents of any minors who will be playing. Remember, minors must have their waivers signed by their parent or legal court-appointed guardian, not just another adult. All adults must be prepared to show valid ID when checking in.

If you do not see these either of these emails, check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still cannot find them, email us at director@escapealaska.com so that we can ensure your account has the correct email; this is how you receive your team photo after your game, so we want to be sure it’s right!

CHECK OUT OUR TIPS ON PLAYING AN ESCAPE ROOM

While not necessary, reading a few tips on how to play an escape room can help you sidestep some of the more common pitfalls. Click here to check them out.

ARRIVE ON TIME

If you’re too late, you may lose time in the escape room. Arriving at your booked time is early enough to get everyone checked in, waivers signed, take additional player payments, and check any coats or bags. Plus potty breaks. Your official game timer begins 15 minutes after your booked appointment time. With check-in, the actual game, and group photo afterward, your total visit will be about an hour and twenty minutes. We will send a reminder email a few hours prior to your game.

e-GIFT CARD

If you’ve ordered an egift card, you will receive one email with the voucher code. If you do not see it, check your junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, send us a message here with your name, the date the e-Gift Card was purchased, and the amount, then we will get our team of top sleuths on the job to find out what happened.
